How quickly will my item be dispatched?
Any item ordered by close of business 5pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Can i pay by bank transfer?
We normally deal with all payments via Paypal but please feel you can e mail us on cjaccessories@hotmail.co.uk to discuss bank transfer payments.
Can I pay via credit or debit card?
Yes by creating a paypal account and logging your card details with paypal.
Will my item be wrapped for gifting?
All sales come out in a gift presenting bag.
Can I receive a refund if my item arrives broken?
Please email a photograph of the damaged item to cjaccessories@hotmail.co.uk. Our representative will then discuss this with you and arrange for you to return the item and arrange for you to receive a refund.
