Returns

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.To start a return, please contact us at cjaccessories@hotmail.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.You can always email us at cjaccessories@hotmail.co.uk with any return questions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Beauty or personal care products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at cjaccessories@hotmail.co.uk.
