You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We stand by the quality of our pieces. If your item doesn’t hold up under normal wear within 100 days of purchase – whether due to a fault, damage, or unexpected wear – please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund. Just send us your order number and a few clear photos to cjaccessories@hotmail.co.uk, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note: this guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.
We reserve the right to decline the guarantee if we believe the damage falls outside the scope of fair wear and tear.
